The explosion-proof board is a fire-resistant and explosion-proof material composed of a pressurized galvanized steel material on the surface of a reinforced fiber cement board. Mainly used for explosion-proof partition walls, explosion-proof ceilings, explosion-proof smoke exhaust ducts, cable ducts, explosion-proof cable protection, explosion-proof doors and steel structure explosion-proof protection and other systems.

Explosion-proof board construction suggestions
1. Installation and fixing of keel
(1) Repair the unevenness of the ground, ceiling and wall where the dragon skeleton needs to be installed.
(2) In accordance with the design, mark the position along the top (ground) keel on the ground and ceiling bounce line (see Figure 1), and mark the positions of doors and windows, sanitary equipment, pipes, and openings at the same time.
(3) Use nails or expansion bolts to fix the keel along the top (ground). The horizontal fixation distance between the nails or expansion bolts is ≤800mm, and the fixed point is 100mm from the end of the wall (see Figure 2).
(4) Insert the vertical keel into the top (ground) keel and fasten it with blind rivets at a distance of 610mm. The vertical keel is generally 5mm shorter than the clear height of the partition wall. Note that the opening direction of the vertical keel should be consistent, and the vertical keel should not be upside down to ensure The vertical keel openings are on the same horizontal plane.
(5) Correct the verticality of the vertical keel with a plumb hammer.
(6) Install reinforcing keels at the door and window frame, the free end of the wall and the connection of the wall and on both sides of the larger opening, that is, the composite of the vertical keel and the keel along the top (ground).
(7) Install the horizontal support keel at the wall height of 2400mm (that is, the horizontal joint of the plate).
(8) At the position where the equipment is suspended, set other supporting objects to facilitate the fixation of the equipment.
(9) If you need to make holes in the vertical keel when installing hidden pipelines and sockets and internal fillers (according to design requirements, such as rock wool), the hole diameter shall not be greater than 2/5 of the keel width.
(10) Check the size and verticality of the keel frame, as well as the integrity and firmness according to the relevant building construction specifications, and install the explosion-proof plate only after it is qualified.
2. Installation and fixing of the explosion-proof plate
(1) According to the design drawings and actual construction conditions, cut and drill the plate, and chamfer on site if necessary. The two long sides of the explosion-proof plate have been chamfered, but when the wall is higher than 2400mm, the explosion-proof The short side of the horizontal seam of the board must be chamfered on site to better handle the seam.
(2) Snap a line on the explosion-proof board and mark the fixing point of the self-tapping screw, and pre-drill the concave hole (the diameter is 1mm~2mm larger than the head of the self-tapping screw, and the hole depth is 1mm~2mm). The distance between self-tapping screws is 15mm from the edge of the board, 50mm from the corner of the board, and the distance between self-tapping screws is 200mm~250mm.
(3) When laying partition walls, generally adopt longitudinal laying, that is, the long sides of the slabs are fixed on the vertical keel; when the panels are butted, they should be naturally close and cannot be forced into place; the joints on both sides of the wall should be staggered and cannot fall on the same On the keel.
(4) When fixing the explosion-proof plate, the plate and the keel should be pre-drilled. The hole diameter is 1mm smaller than the diameter of the self-tapping screw. The explosion-proof plate should be fixed with self-tapping screws. Sinking into the board surface 1mm.
(5) When installing the panels around doors and windows, the panel seams should not fall on the horizontal and vertical frame keel with the ground to avoid the frequent opening and closing of the doors and windows causing vibration and cracking of the panel seams.
