In the FCA brand, the meaning of "A" has two layers:
is the initial letter of AUTOCLAVED (high temperature steaming). High temperature steaming is the core part of product production, which has a very important impact on all aspects of product performance.
Second, A- is generally the code name for high quality. Jiangxi Jianyuan has been committed to R&D and production of A-level products in the fiber cement board industry.
The fireproof grade of fiber cement board in the industry is mostly AL grade, but the fireproof FCA silicate board is slightly different in the raw material ratio and production process. Alumina, mica, and kaolin are added to the formula with raw materials with outstanding fire resistance. The process focuses on reducing the density of the board and improving the molecular structure of the interior space of the board, so as to achieve the goal of reducing the thermal conductivity and improving the fire resistance.
The fireproof FCA silicate board can meet the fire resistance limit of 1-4 hours. The relevant fire resistance limit report is tested and issued by the National Fireproof Building Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center in Dujiangyan, Sichuan Province.
