The installation should be stable and firm.

  2. The temporary construction electricity should be protected and connected to zero, equipped with a leakage protector, and equipped with three-level power distribution and two-pole protection. Generally, the mixer is one-way rotating for mixing. Therefore, when connecting to the power supply, pay attention to the direction of the mixer drum to match the direction of the arrow on the mixer drum.

  3. Before starting up, check whether the insulation and grounding of electrical equipment are good (such as when using protective grounding) and whether the belt pulley protective cover is complete.

  4. After starting, first go through idling to check the rotation direction of the mixing blade is correct, and then add water while adding material for mixing operation.

  5. When feeding the mortar mixer, it is not allowed to step on it or use a shovel or wooden stick to pull down or scrape the mouth of the mixing barrel. The tool cannot collide with the mixing blade, let alone stick the tool into the hopper when rotating. People are not allowed to stand under the hopper of the mixer. Safety hooks must be hung up when the hopper is started and stopped.

   6. Do not use hands or wooden sticks to reach into the mixing drum or clean the ash paddle at the mouth of the drum during operation.

  7. If there is a failure during operation, the power should be cut off, the mortar in the cylinder should be poured out, and the failure should be eliminated.

   8. After the operation, the inside and outside of the mortar mixer should be cleaned, maintained, and the site cleaned, cut off the power supply, and lock the door
